David Neely

David became the Operations and Outreach Pastor for Blue Valley Baptist church in May 2009.
He has been married to his wife, Phyllis since 1981 and together they have three grown daughters, Stacy Listrom (married to Titus Listrom), Kristen Oesterlei (married to Matthew Oesterlei) and Kara.
David served as Operations and Outreach Pastor at Blue Valley from May of 2009 until his retirement in January 2023.
David continues to serve as President of the nonprofit Affecting Change International and co-leads The Unfinished Task Network. He enjoys reading on aviation and military history, hunting, watching movies with his family and writing.
