This area is to allow members of Blue Valley to access information and forms only usable for those that are currently members of Blue Valley Church.
Facility/Calendar Request Forms
Note: No request will be placed on the church calendar without Pastoral Staff approval, which is done in weekly staff meetings. All requests are submitted to the office upon completion. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible after your calendar items are discussed.
Please remember the following:
- Clean up after your event
- Turn off all lights (be sure to check bathrooms)
- Make sure doors are locked
- Make sure to wash, dry and put any used dishes away.
- Take ALL food items home
