Students BigKIDS littleKIDS Adults

Our kids are asking big questions — about sexuality, online habits, gender, family structures, friendships, who Jesus is, and everyday choices. As parents, we often feel unprepared, unsure what to say, or afraid of saying the wrong thing. We want to be faithful to the Lord and loving toward our children — but tough conversations can feel overwhelming.
The key to navigating hard topics isn’t having perfect answers — it’s building deep trust. When trust is strong, kids bring their hardest questions into the light.
On March 25, join our age-graded ministry staff and Andy Wiggins for an equipping conversation designed to help you build that foundation. Drawing on trauma-informed and attachment-based research, extensive experience in the foster care system, and a deep faith in Jesus, Andy will help us create home environments where children feel safe, known, and confident bringing their toughest questions to us.
Invite your friends and neighbors and join us as we grow together in confidence and faithfulness as parents.
Light refreshments served. Childcare is provided for those that attend Blue Valley Church. Space is limited.
Meet our Guest Speaker:

Andy Wiggins – Andy is a licensed counselor and is the Associate Director of Clinical Training at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His journey in counseling started as a foster parent that saw the need for Christ-centered counseling in the lives of children, teens, and parents within the brokenness of the foster care system. As a licensed counselor he now councils foster parents in how to build trust with kids in that system. With a background in ministry and parenting seven kids (including our Antioch Minister to Students) Andy’s passion is to equip parents to help their children love Christ in an emotionally healthy atmosphere.
