Raising Disciples Starts at Home. At Parent Commissioning, we take a moment as a church family to recognize your calling and send you out to live it, first at home and then in the world.
During the commissioning service, parents publicly commit to raising their children to know and follow Jesus, and our church commits to supporting, encouraging, and praying for you as you walk out that mission.
Before the service, parents will attend a Parent Commissioning Class where you’ll:
• Learn what it means to parent as a Jesus follower in today’s culture
• Connect with other parents in the same stage of life
• Prepare for this important moment of being commissioned to your calling as parents
Parent Commissioning Class - Sunday, April 26 @ 11am
Our Parent Commissioning service will be on Sunday, May 10, 2026 during both service times on both campuses. It is a time for our church family to publicly commission and encourage parents as they commit to raising their children to follow Jesus in a culture that pulls them every other direction. You must attend the Parent Commissioning Class to participate in this service.
