About littleKIDS

Our early childhood ministry is for children from birth through kindergarten. It is a safe, fun, and active place for children to learn the answers to three basic questions:

  • Who is God?
  • What did God do for us?
  • What can we do for Him?

littleKIDS Sunday School

Each week, your young children learn important foundational truths from caring and well-trained teachers through Bible lessons, songs, play, stories, games, and art. We use a play-based curriculum called Bible Studies for Life that focuses on teaching kids foundational truths in a fun and developmentally appropriate way.

During the 11:00 hour, our older preschoolers and kindergarteners combine to form a large group worship setting. We use the Bible Studies for Life Preschool Worship Hour curriculum, which extends what they’ve learned during the 9:30 hour by using a fun and interactive digital format. Children also visit our church library during this time. Children are also always welcome in “big church!”

Parent Commissioning

Parent Commissioning is a time of equipping parents to understand that the parenting mission that God has called them to is ultimately a Gospel mission. The Parent Commissioning service is a time of public commitment by parents to raise and train their children to be Jesus followers. Our Parent Commissioning class is generally held in late April and the commissioning service is in early May.

Expectant Parents Ministry

Our Expectant Parents and Caregivers ministry exists to come alongside those preparing to be new parents, parents again, through pregnancy or adoption, as well as those entering into new foster placements. We want to encourage you as you walk through the adventure of parenting, no matter what that looks like. We want to welcome you to littleKIDS Ministry with a gift and information about how we support you in your efforts to “go and make disciples” within your own home.
